cigarettes or food. When addiction stays in those neat little boxes, many of us
can say with certainty, "So glad I'm not addicted to those things." But addiction
is much bigger then the obvious things we think of.

How can we continually rediscover the sacred when we are so very busy in our daily lives?
First we look inside our lives to see if we are joyous—if we wake up looking
forward to our day and if we go to bed at night satisfied. If either of those
are missing, it is time to pay attention, do a bit of soul searching (with EFT
it's pretty easy) and bring the sacred back. This is important to your health,
your spirit and your mind—not to mention your family and your clients.
