As you probably already know, "Healing Our Lives Through EFT" is made up of Program Options. You can attend all 5 days, or 2 or 3 days. When you complete the registration form, simply check which Option you want.
All registrations require a 30% deposit when registering. The date you register determines whether you receive the Early Bird discount or not. All remaining balances are due 20 October 2009.

This is how it works:
$870 if attending all 5 days if your deposit is paid by 31 August 2009
$1,045 if attending all 5 days if your deposit is paid 1 September or after
$375 if your deposit is paid by 31 August 2009
$450 if your deposit is paid 1 September or after
$47 for dinner. You will be notified of menu choices by 1 September 2009. If you have a friend or partner with you who is not attending Extravaganza, he or she may come to the dinner and keynote presentation for simply the price of the dinner. Conference organizer is subsidizing this dinner & keynote address.
$495 if your deposit is paid by 31 August 2009
$570 if your deposit is paid 1 September or after
$375 if your deposit is paid by 31 August 2009
$475 if your deposit is paid 1 September or after
If you cannot attend Extrav within any of these Options,
but would like to attend portions of the conference,
