A quick email or call will lock in your space at this awesome conference and she will tell you where to mail your registration form.
As you probably already know, "Healing Our Lives Through EFT" is made up of Program Options. You can attend all 5 days, or 2 or 3 days. When you complete the registration form, simply check which Option you want.
All registrations require a 30% deposit when registering. The date you register determines whether you receive the Early Bird discount or not. All remaining balances are due 20 October 2009.

This is how it works:
$1,045 if attending all 5 days if your deposit is paid 1 September or after
$450 if your deposit is paid 1 September or after
$47 for dinner. You will be notified of menu choices by 1 September 2009. If you have a friend or partner with you who is not attending Extravaganza, he or she may come to the dinner and keynote presentation for simply the price of the dinner. Conference organizer is subsidizing this dinner & keynote address.

What's it really going to cost me?
If the above is confusing, or if you want to attend a different combination of days, please know that I want to make it as easy as possible for you to attend as much of EFT Extravaganza as possible. I have no idea when David Rourke or Karl Dawson will be back in Australia and they both have much wisdom to share with you and, through you, with your clients.
If all else fails, call Maggie and she'll figure out your payment for you!

Registration for this conference is offline because we want to pass the savings from not using online merchant facilities on to you. All participants must sign a release and disclosure consent form before attending the "Healing Our Lives Through EFT" conference. A copy of that form is below.

EFT Extravaganza is NOT approved by Gary Craig as an official EFT event.
Gary was informed about Extrav when it was just a dream in my heart.
In November 2007, he was invited to present in November 2008. In December, 2008 he was invited to present in November 2009. He declined both invitations. I welcome him to change his mind anytime.
Workshop Consent and Disclaimer Form
EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) is a member of a new class of treatment techniques and protocols referred to as Energy Therapy. While still considered experimental, these techniques are being used by therapists, nurses, physicians, psychiatrists and lay people worldwide. While there are theories as to how they work, why they work, and why they sometimes don't work, there is no accepted scientific explanation. As a result of their experimental nature, no EFT practitioner knows with certainty in advance how someone can be helped or if the techniques will help a particular person with a particular problem.
To date, EFT and other Energy Therapy Techniques have yielded exceptional results in the treatment of psychological and physical problems. However, they are NOT meant to replace appropriate medical treatment or mental health counseling.
If you use these techniques on yourself or others, you must agree to take full responsibility for your own well-being and you are required to advise your clients to do the same. By participating in this conference, you are releasing your right to hold Maggie Adkins EFT Master, Gary Craig the founder of EFT, or any other conference presenters or assistants responsible for any side effects or changes in your life as a result of this treatment.
I acknowledge that from 7 November to 11 November, 2009, at the "Healing Our Lives Through EFT", conference in Coffs Harbour NSW, I am voluntarily participating in various workshops given by David Rourke, Rehana Webster, Maggie Adkins, Mick Hawes and Karl Dawson. I have also read the workshop guidelines above and am aware that my signing up for the conference means I agree to these guidelines.
I assume and accept the risk of any adverse outcome that might result from attending or using the techniques demonstrated at the workshop. I recognize that none of the conference presenters recommend that I, or any person with whom I may use the techniques, stop using any prescribed medicine or other mental health counseling that I or he/she may be using, without consulting a doctor, even if after using the techniques it appears to indicate that such medicine or therapy is unnecessary.
I represent that no EFT practitioner will have any liability to me for any damage to my emotional or physical health arising in any way whatsoever out of my attendance at this conference or my use of the techniques.
In consideration for being permitted to attend the conference, I fully release Maggie Adkins and any other persons who work with or assist in the conference from any and all claims and causes of action that I presently have or may have in the future relating to my participation in the conference.
